Here we are going to discuss the Sample, Pattern and CAD department working process in Factory.
Using the information from the tech pack, the garment patterns are made using software like Gerber, Lectra etc.
Then the patterns are printed out using a pattern “making and cutting machine
Using the patterns, sample fabric panels are cut.
Once all the pannels are cut, it is sewn together to make the sample garments.
This garments are send to buyers for approval.
Once all the approval stages are done we then go for bulk production.
