Here we are going to discus the working process of knitting department in factory.
The buyer first gives tech Pack or fabric swatch, from which, the knitting department finds out the fabric structure and design, and also yarn count required to make the fabric.
According to the fabric design, the knitting machine Cam and needle are set.
Then the design program is set in the knitting machine.
According to the knitting program, the yarn is brought from the yarn store and is set on the knitting machine.
Then the operator runs the machine to produce the fabric
The Quality Checker checks the fabric quality at intervals during the knitting production.
Once the production is completed, the roll is taken to the quality checking department.
After checking the quality, the fabric is send to the grey fabric store.
