Here we will discuss the working process of Embroidery department in Factory.
First the embroidery design is received from the buyer’s tech pack or given sample.
The design is converted to artwork using design software.
The artwork is input in the machine software.
The cut panels are set under the machine head
Then we start the embroidery process in the machine.
Usually first a sample is made and sent for buyer’s approval.
After approval then bulk production is done.
After completing embroidery production, the panels are send to thread cutting department to cut
the loose treads.
Then every piece is checked by quality assurance department
Then the quality Ok panels are send back to cutting department to be kept in sewing line input area.
