Here we will discuss the working process of Embroidery department in Factory.

First the print design is received from the buyer’s tech pack or given sample. 

Then using design software, the artwork is made. One separate artwork is made for each color of the design.

Then for each color, a separate printing screen is made.

To make the screen, the mesh fabric is attached to the frame

Then an emulsion is applied on the mesh fabric and dried.

Then we place the artwork of one color on the screen and expose it.

Then we will wash the screen and removed the unexposed chemicals.

Then in the color mixing area, the colors are made.

For starting the printing process the cut panels are placed on the printing table 

Then one by one the screens are placed on the panels.

Using a squeezy, the color is passed through the printing screen and applied on the fabric

Then the printed panels are passed through the dryer curing machine to dry the colors.

Then each panel is checked by quality assurance department 

Then the quality Ok panels are send back to cutting department to be kept sewing line input area.
