Here we will discuss about the working process of Dyeing Department of Factory.

First the dyeing planning department gives dyeing plan and according to the plan the Batch department prepares the grey fabric batches by joining the different fabric rolls together.

The approved dyeing recipe is programmed into the machine.

Then the grey fabric batch is loaded into the machine.

As per recipe the water and chemicals are loaded into the machine from time to time.

First scouring and bleaching is done to remove the impurities and natural color of the fabric.

Then enzyme wash is done to remove the hairiness of the fabric

Then dyeing to done. All these processes are done inside the dyeing machine and it takes 6 to 10 

hours to complete depending on the shade and color.

Then the fabric is unloaded and sent to finishing area.

In the finishing area, the fabric tube is slit open in the slitter machine.

Then the wet fabric is sent to stenter machine to for drying.

Then the fabric is send to compacting machines where the fabric GSM diameter, length and 

dimensional stability is controlled.

For fleece, terry etc type of fabric, it is sent for Brushing and Sueding and that it is sent to compacting machine for processing.

After compacting, the fabric finishing is complete and it is ready to send for cutting.
